We ask for a deposit of 50% when booking, and the balance one month before the stay begins.
If you cancel within one month of the start date, we retain the full fee.
If cancellation is between one and three months before the start date, the fee is 50%, and £50 for earlier cancellation. (All these may be reduced if we are able to re-let).
A £100 deposit against breakages is payable upon arrival.
Guests are asked to arrive between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, and to call Charles Foulkes on 07790 675994 at least two days before arrival to arrange to be met with the keys.
At the end of your stay, please vacate by 10:00am to allow us time to prepare for the next visitors.
If guests wish to smoke or bring a pet, then these should be confined to the ground floor and the guest will be responsible for the full cost of any cleaning or damages resulting.
