Charming 16th Century beamed cottage
(Sleeps 3/4)
In the heart of Cranbrook - by the Windmill

Mill Cottage is a typical Kentish, historic cottage and makes an ideal base for a holiday. It was meticulously restored by English Heritage in 1993 and is protected by “listed” status.

The exposed beams and delightful character together with a wealth of modern equipment (see facilities) make it both cosy and very comfortable. Its location in the pretty Wealden town of Cranbrook gives the convenience of local banks, shops, restaurants and Pubs.

Some of the most popular sights of Kent and Sussex are within a short drive that will take you through beautiful countryside dotted with oast houses, hop gardens and orchards.

There is a pretty, sun-trap patio in the front garden, and a courtyard at the rear with a stunning view of one of England's tallest Windmills from a few metres!
